Looking to drink Port Charlotte whisky in Singapore? This sample of Maltbarn Port Charlotte 10 Years Old 2007 Château Margaux Wine Cask 61.5% was sampled at Get Some at Guillemard located at 100 Guillemard Rd, #01-01, Singapore 399718. This was a Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) event hosted by Brandon from Nanyang Whisky, a local independent bottler. Nose: sickly sweet rum-esque tropical fruits

Palate: fierce sweet rum monkfruitish peat

It’s funny how this wine cask plays out, a very tropical fruity Port Charlotte. I think it falls abit short of the one by Malt Grain and Cane, but still a fun one nonetheless.
