This website is managed by Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd. We are registered in Singapore with our registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, 049422, Singapore.
Service Availability
Our Services are only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.
Your Status
You confirm and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old. You also guarantee that the information provided by you (including payment details) is actual, correct and complete. We will not share this information with anyone for getting any financial benefit but only for fulfilling our obligation to you. By submitting your order for processing, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
If you are under the age of 18 years old, for services provided under the brand “Domain Expansion Athletics Coaching“, parental consent will be sought in a teleconference meeting prior to the provision of any services.
By placing an order through our form, you warrant that:

How the Contract is formed between You and Us
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product or Service. Online orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the products or services to you.
Price and Payment
The prices of any Services will be listed on the registration form, except in cases of obvious error.
Services may include secondary prices that come as a consequence of special offers, promotions, or private arrangements. Secondary prices may depend on fluctuating conditions during fulfillment of the service, such as transportation costs or rental charges.
All orders placed online through our registration form will be processed within 2 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Upon registration, you will be sent via official email containing the Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd payment method, which is through QR PayNow or Bank Transfer. You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you select in the registration form, unless stated otherwise. You will receive a payment confirmation email and a receipt only when a successful payment has been made.

When making payment, you confirm that the card you are using belongs to you.
Cancellation
The company Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel events and refund the fee to paying customers within 24 hours of the event taking place. Customers will be notified of the cancellation within 24 hours of the event cancellation being confirmed.
Refund
The company Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd reserves the right to not refund clients if consumable assets or fixed costs for events has already been purchased. This policy is to prevent last minute refunds on products that have already been purchased for an event.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd and its licensors.
Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order products or services from us unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products or services through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
Waiver
You agree to waive any claim for damages of any nature whatsoever and to release Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any ill-effect, injury, or loss incurred by yourself or any third party including, but not limited to, all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, damages, claims, demands, costs, losses and expenses of any type or kind whatsoever, arising from, connected with or related to the procurement of physical and digital products and delivery of services stipulated in the Contract by Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd from and against all liability, claims, actions, causes of action, suits, demands, damages, judgments, costs, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, to which any of the above-named parties may be subject, including, but not limited to, any claim for any injury to or the sickness or death of any person or persons, or for damages to property or otherwise, arising from, connected with or related to the procurement of physical and digital products and delivery of services stipulated in the Contract by Nakama Spirits Pte Ltd.
