Historically, meats have paired extremely well with whisky. Cured meats like bacon and salami, red meats like beef steak, and we can’t forget the beef jerky just yet.
Speaking of beef jerky, Bak Kwa is a Chinese jerked meat that comes in many forms: sliced meat, minced meat, and of course, BACON~
Through some testing with clients and co-workers, we’ve come up with the Bak Kwa and Whisky Tasting Experience:
3 different types of Bak Kwa (sourced on the day of the Experience)
