Review – Shizuoka Pot Still “W” Single Malt Japanese Whisky (100% Import Barley First Edition)

Looking to drink Shizuoka Japanese whisky in Singapore? This sample of Shizuoka Pot Still “W” Single Malt Japanese Whisky (100% Import Barley First Edition) was drank at CellarFiesta held at Suntec Convention Center from 12-14 July 2024. CellarFiesta is organized by Cellarbration. This bottle was introduced by Interco-MLE and is available at the time of writing this article.

Nose: creamy vanilla

Palate:  green grapes, light mala spice, viney greens, end creaminess

This is quite a gem. Simplicity in flavours assessed, but best experienced in well tamed intensity. This is one I would love to have around.
