Review – Suntory Special Reserve 10 Years Old Sherry Casks Miniature

This sample of Suntory Special Reserve 10 Years Old Sherry Casks Miniature was sampled during a private Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) event at The Single Cask located at 30 Victoria Street Caldwell House, CHIJMES, #01-25, 187996. This was one of our own bottles that we brought for the event.

Nose: light and thin with fleeting sweet and sugary apples

Palate: light and bread creamy with pulses of apple

With just a touch of old bottle effect, this one has quite a juicy pure malt applishness to it. Quite wonderful for an old blend, although in a one dimensional way.
