What do we think of this bottle of Port Ellen whisky?
A pleasant Port Ellen with an umami peat nose and delicious, complex fruity flavours rounded out by the bitterness of black tea leaves. This was quite a pleasant Port Ellen to have. I actually asked a friend to help me acquire a half pour of this, and he forgot to help me get a picture at the start which was quite funny.
