Nose: grassy roasted seaweed peat, light honeyish profile
Palate: juicy white pepper and nectarines, light vegetal peat
Honestly, quite surprising. This one has quite a prominent ex-bourbon-ish honeyed profile, with a subtle peat. However, fairly spicy suggesting its a tad bit too young.
