What does Ledaig whisky taste like? This The Single Cask Ledaig 29 Years Old 1993 44% Cask #249 Selected by Yi Xian bottling tastes like:

Nose: thick mentos grape, corn, sugary hichew grape

Palate: older style distillate, strong deep sugary grape, green grapes and apples

What do we think of this bottle of Ledaig whisky?

A fantastic bottle that carries with it a more dominant fruit profile compared to peat, bringing it closer to Tobermory. At low natural cask strength, this bottle holds a flavour intensity that belies its low proof rating. One that is definitely for slow sipping and enjoying.
