Looking to drink Pittyvaich whisky in Singapore? This dram of Pittyvaich 1988 29 Year Old The Cooper’s Choice was drank at The Swan Song located at 41A Boat Quay, Singapore 049830. This is a rare, demolished distillery.
Nose: sweet and subtle, old and fruity
Palate: spicy, tannic, green grapes, lemons, greeny viney finish
Not much needs to be said aside from the fact that it impresses like an good Littlemill. Falling far from the traditional Springbanks, this Pittyvaich presents a variety of intense flavours, most notably a more citric lemony take on sour fruits while retaining rich muscat grape sugar sweet.
