Review – Whisky Age Caol Ila 2007 13 Year Old

Looking to drink Caol Ila whisky in Singapore? This sample of Whisky Age Caol Ila 2007 13 Year Old was drank at The Swan Song located at 41A Boat Quay, Singapore 049830. As a bit of fun information, it took Arun only 2 weeks to finish 1 bottle.

Nose: soy sauce and liquorice sweet, more burny and fumey

Palate: smoky, mean and woody bitterish but moderately sweaty sour, papery finish

A Caol Ila with classic notes but some interesting stuff.
