Review – The Cooper’s Choice Tobermory Sherry Bomb 16 Years Old 2000 57%

Looking to drink Tobermory whisky in Singapore? This sample of The Cooper’s Choice Tobermory Sherry Bomb 16 Years Old 2000 57% was drunk at The Swan Song located at 41A Boat Quay, Singapore 049830.

Nose: raisins, creamy blueberry milkshake-esque, dry sherry, bit of a medicinal tinge

Palate: grassy and viney, fairly dry and tannic, distinctly sharper oloroso with a touch of nuttiness, light medicinal grapiness – similar to the Strathisla

One of our more splendid sherried recommendations, as the name implies, this one does have quite a fairly sherried profile. Rather than a sweet style sherry, this one is definitely on the drier end.
