A fantastic old Jura – apparently Serge really enjoys the medicinal qualities to this bottling. During our tasting, we had remarks that it had opened up and the medicinal notes had reduced greatly, making it a much more enjoyable sherry. Personally, there is an interesting sweet koji rice sweetness that is hiding somewhere inside, like that from the Kyushu Cowboy Inoue.
