Nose: young and fierce, spicy and grassy

Palate: sweet and juicy, jello-like thick chewy quality, grass jelly, kumquat honey, mentholic in general

Quite a fantastic palate, one small sip turned into a mouthwatering cascade of traditional sweets flavours. However, the youth of this spirit shows and its quite fairly alcoholic.
