Nose: slightly sulfitey sherry

Palate: plasticky sherry

We believe this may be a bit too straightforwardly sherry; not repulsive, but extremely one-dimensional. Some more maturation time may have resulted in a better bottling, but we never know. That, or a more distinct distillate.
