Nose: deeply creamy, citrus-farmy, light grassy
Palate: lightly smoky and sour, distinctly creamy and farmy
Ben Nevis has always been delightful and surprising, mostly because I can never predict how it can come about on the palate. This Ben Nevis was quite delightful, reminding me of Fettercairn and Clynelish.
