This dram of Blackadder Glentauchers 2012 10 Year Old Raw Cask was sampled during my visits to the now-closed Samsu Huay Kuan, located at 100 Orchard Rd, #02-33 Concorde Hotel & Shopping Mall, Singapore 238840. Nose: sharp fumey dark cherry, mentholic sugary grape
Palate: plastic, champagney white presecco grapes, spicy minty mentholic
Honestly, one of the more congruent representations of Glentauchers that I had; the characteristically spicy feel, and a prominent character of grapes in the distillate.
