Nose: nacho cheese and Doritos wheat, bit of punchy spice
Palate: sweet and savoury, light vegetal peat with some soy sauce umami
What an interesting nose though, this was quite a pleasant profile, you never would have expected this to have come possibly from a fino sherry influence. A good first impression on Ballechin.
