Looking to drink Dawu whisky in Singapore? This sample of Wan Ja Shan Distillery Dawu Peated Whiskey was drank at CellarFiesta held at Suntec Convention Center from 12-14 July 2024. CellarFiesta is organized by Cellarbration. This bottle was introduced by Interco-MLE.

Nose: grassy peat, light white pepper without being too fumey

Palate: balanced sweet vanilla distillate against well toned spicy grassy peat

Overall, very interesting for a young bottle at cask strength. The future is pretty bright here.
