Review – Wan Ja Shan Distillery Dawu Double Cask Whiskey Oat Spirit Cask & Bourbon Cask

Nose: light and honey sweet, wheat grainy smell

Palate: light, dry, sweet, woody oak 

Simple is best. Personally, not the biggest fan but I do think it is pleasant but not complex or developed. More time in the barrel may have done it deeper and richer.
