Looking to drink Glen Moray whisky in Singapore? This sample of Thompson Bros Glen Moray 28 Years Old 1990 45.9% was sampled during a private Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) event at The Single Cask located at 30 Victoria Street Caldwell House, CHIJMES, #01-25, 187996.
Nose: super cheesy cheddar, aged milk, goat milk, honey, mead
Palate: light and thin to start, that grows into a well coalesced honey and caramel, like a bourbon
A very fun Glen Moray, most of the ones that we’ve experienced have been quite fierce and fumey, but this older bottling has shown a greater potential to what some Glen Moray spirits could hold.
