What does Ledaig whisky taste like? This The Single Cask Ledaig 29 Years Old 1993 46.1% Cask #253 Chosen by Ben Curtis bottling tastes like:
Nose: creamy and lightly spicy
Palate: plasticky, red grapes but very artificial, red berries
What do we think of this bottle of Ledaig whisky?
Quite an odd standout from the many other stellar Ledaigs under the TSC listing. This one hits the most generically; simple fruits, a bit of a hazy plasticky texture, more sugary instead of refined. Not bad per se, but not the most exceptional either.
