Words alone do this injustice as the old sherry profile is so SO DOMINANT! A few of my friends saw their birth year on this bottle and wanted to try it. I indulged this as one look at the color of this bottling told me all I needed to know of how INTENSE the sherry flavours were gonna be. This one is the sensory experience we cannot simply explain in words but must be felt through the whole palate.
