Review – Glenfarclas 30 Years Old Sayva Tomomi Kobayashi 1990 Cask #7075

Looking to drink Glenfarclas whisky in Singapore? This sample of Glenfarclas 30 Years Old Sayva Tomomi Kobayashi 1990 Cask #7075 was drank at The Swan Song located at 41A Boat Quay, Singapore 049830. This sample was provided by Steve.

What does Glenfarclas whisky taste like? This Glenfarclas 30 Years Old Sayva Tomomi Kobayashi 1990 Cask #7075 bottling tastes like:

Nose: sticky oloroso with hints of sulphite, good amount of candied grape

Palate: distinctly oloroso grape with a ceiling/upper palate of musky, icky sulphite notes, bit of grass and seafood salt and umami, sweet candied grape

What do we think of this bottle of Glenfarclas whisky?

A wild sherry this one is indeed. Comes with interesting notes on the palate that makes it stand out from the usual fruity Glenfarclas bottlings. Definitely worth a try.

Where can you get Glenfarclas whisky by the glass in Singapore?

You can drink Glenfarclas whisky by the dram from The Swan Song, there are rare and vintage bottlings from both the distillery, like this special bottling or Glenfarclas The Family Casks 1979 , and from independent bottlers like the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
