Drink Banff whisky in Malaysia

Looking to drink Banff whisky in Singapore? This sample of Duncan Taylor Banff 23 Years Old 1980 57.5% Rarest of the Rare was drunk during the inaugural Whisky Lah! whisky festival held at The Gasket Alley located at Lot 15, Jalan 13/6, Section 13, 46200, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia on 7 September 2024.

What does Banff whisky taste like? This Duncan Taylor Banff 23 Years Old 1980 57.5% Rarest of the Rare bottling tastes like:

Nose: orange and tangerine peels, bitterness of the peel, light milky sours,

Palate: rich and spicy fruity grape, pleasant green apple tones that float around

What do we think of this bottle of Banff whisky?

For the first time trying Banff, a lost distillery, we did not have any expectations going into it. It was amazing. Classic old-school distillate style, with fantastically fruity flavours – a deeply complex profile that makes you sit and think. This Banff was a part of a lost distillery tasting set.

Where can you get Banff whisky by the glass in Singapore?

You can buy Banff whisky by the dram from The Swan Song, although stocks are running out!
