Nose: light sweet oak, rough wood, hidden sugars
Palate: raw soybeans, gentle, flowing oak
An interesting expression of oak and wood sweet flavours. Softer as per other Craigellachies I’ve tried, but definitely an interesting one with the more raw soybean notes that showed up prominently on the palate.
