Looking to drink Caol Ila whisky in Singapore? This sample of Caol Ila 2008 10 Year Old Mahjong Project bottled by Signatory Vintage was sampled during a private Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) event at The Single Cask located at 30 Victoria Street Caldwell House, CHIJMES, #01-25, 187996.

Nose: sweet vegetal peat

Palate: thick sweet vegetal peat

My palate was quite shot at this time, but words do not express quite well how amazingly well vegetal peated this was. Clear distinct variation in the quality of sweetness despite it being a younger bottle.
