Review – A Sullivans Cove American Oak 16 Years Old

Looking to drink Sullivans Cove whisky in Singapore? This sample of A Sullivans Cove American Oak 16 Years Old was sampled during a private Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) event at The Single Cask located at 30 Victoria Street Caldwell House, CHIJMES, #01-25, 187996.

Nose: mint and light guava and banana

Palate: young and minty mentholic, tasteful goreng pisang creamy and slightly oily banana

We kinda done goofed and didn’t catch the details on the bottle but this is quite a fun Sullivans Cove with a multitude of fruity profiles that come through quite realistically. Love the banana palate, very much a world of difference from the artificialness of say, Howler’s Head.
