Speaking of beef jerky, Bak Kwa is a Chinese jerked meat that comes in many forms: sliced meat, minced meat, and of course, BACON~ Through some testing with clients and co-workers, we’ve come up with the Bak Kwa and Whisky Tasting Experience: 3 different types of Bak Kwa (sourced on the day of the Experience) AND An option of: 2 non-peated, sweeter whiskies OR 2 peated whiskies, with 1 lightly peated and 1 moderately-heavily peated whisky OR All 4 whiskies in a flight!
